A Message from the CEO

Saving One Child At A Time is the driving force behind Haitian United Foundation Inc. Since the inception of this non-profit organization, our primary national goal has been to benefit children in Haiti, working alongside other organizations to create opportunities.

We all remember the devastating earthquake in 2010, which highlighted the need for a helping hand in rebuilding the country. We diligently provided and administered the delivery of food, clothing, and medical care to those in need. Shortly after, Haiti was struck by a cholera outbreak. Witnessing the devastating effects on many children, we began supporting an orphanage for kids left homeless by both the earthquake and the cholera epidemic.

Unfortunately, the challenges persist. The world has seen an increase in violence, kidnappings, a lack of leadership, and the tragic assassination of our beloved president, Jovenelle Moise. With the country experiencing school closures and constant blackouts, life has become incredibly challenging.

HUF’s vision is rooted in the belief that children are the future of the country, and creating opportunities for them is our mission. Together, we can save one child at a time!

Sincerely yours,
Demisefer Denise Jean

HUF, bridge the gap between the poor and the generous.

Haitian United Foundation- Saving one child at a time!

Haitian united Foundation was founded in 2005 in the US. Since then we have been working nationally along side other organizations. After the devastating earthquake in Haiti in 2010, it was evident that we foster a helping hand in rebuilding the country. We worked hard to provide and administer the delivery of food, clothing, and medical care to those in need. Then Haiti was hit once again with cholera and due to this devastating effect , we began to sponsor an orphanage for kids who became homeless due to the earthquake and who also suffered loss due to the cholera epidemic . Unfortunately , the world witnessed the violence. Kidnapping, lack of leadership, assassination of president, no school days , and constant blackouts has made life difficult. HUF vision believes that the children are the future and in order to give them a chance ourvision is to build a state of the art orphanage institution for the less fortunate . Together we can save one child at a time !

HUF is building a boarding home for orphans of Delmas, Haiti street kids. A state-of-the-art community mobile clinic and a computer resource center. You can make a difference by joining our organization or contributing.

A state-of-the-art community mobile clinic and a computer resource center are what we need to build. And we’re seeking to raise half a million dollars in the next year and a half to meet our goal. Won’t you help us?
